- In 2007, I was inducted as a faculty member of the IPFW chapter of Phi Kappa Phi.
- I participated in IPFW's Featured Faculty public relations campaign, 2006-2008.

- I was one of the organizers of a "Physics-Based Calculus" Workshop at IPFW, for four sessions: June 7-9, 2004, June 16-18, 2003, June 18-19, 2002, and May 4-6, 2001. This was supported by NSF grant DUE 9555408 as part of the Indiana University system's Mathematics Throughout the Curriculum project.
