Course Description: I shall cover Chapters 3, 5, 6, 9-11, and Sections 12.1 and 13.1. The main content of the course is devoted to linear and quadratic functions and equations, rational expressions, radicals, exponential and logarithmic functions, as well as systems with two variables, and circle and parabola.

Grading: There will be four tests (100 pts each), homework (100 pts total), and a Final exam (200 pts). The Assesment test during the first week could be used to substitute the lowest test grade from the four tests. The grade for the course is based on the scale:

Homework: Homework will be assigned, and selected problems will be graded. To ensure full credit, do all of the homework.
