Pipetting
On Monday, we learned about pipetting.
We used a pipette which was nicknamed "Daffy" (although
we wanted to change the name to Bob Dole.) We measured 100 ml of
Phenol Red, and added it to five of six test tubes, then we added
300 ml of distilled water to each tube. We weighed the water on a
scale. Then we tested the absorbency of each tube on the
wavelength off 560. The results are below:
