*The Student Cassette is packaged with your textbook and normally will not be duplicated unless your tape is lost or damaged.

Copies of these tapes will be available in the Language Lab (Classroom-Medical Bldg., Room 258) for student use in the lab whenever the building is open. However, if theft becomes a problem, the tapes will be removed from the shelves and will be available only on a checkout basis during limited hours.

If you wish your own copies of any of these tapes, put your name on each of your cassettes, bring them to the Individualized Language Lab (Classroom-Medical Bldg., Room 258), fill out the tape duplication form, and leave them in the IN box. In most cases you should be able to pick up your finished cassettes in 24 hours; a reminder that the material is copyright protected may be affixed to them. High-bias tapes and cassettes longer than 90 minutes per side are not recommended for duplicating on our equipment.

All lessons for this text will fit on 60 minute cassettes (30 minutes per side), with the exception of the Student Cassette, which requires a 90 minute cassette (45 minutes per side).

Due to time and equipment limitations, the Language Lab will not be able to do custom copying (e.g., trying to fit more than one side of a master tape onto one side of a student tape, or trying to continue one side of a master tape onto a second side of a student tape). In the case of special needs, contact the Language Lab Director.
