HTML character test (and list of their “ASCII” values; note that the values for foreign language characters as used on the World Wide Web are not the same as the regular ASCII values).

TRANS2.EXE: An 82K DOS program for translating e-texts from one character set to another, specifically from/to PC-Graphics (ASCII), ISO LATIN-1, and HTML. It's not very elegant, but it's what I wrote and use to help me create and adapt e-texts such as the Quijote.
