2.  What are the implications of the conversational metaphor for leadership?



3.  Explain each of their four essential attributes (the four I’s) in your own words.  What do you think of them?  Are some more essential than others?



4.  Have you seen management at an organization you’ve been part of attempt any of these steps?  Were they successful?



5.  Take a look at the sidebar entitled The New Realities of Leadership Communication on pages 80 and 81.  How would these make a conversational approach to leadership more important?
