Clinical Findings:

EOG:Eyes darting rapidly in apparently random directions.

EEG: Normal

EMG: Normal fasciculations with no apparent fibrillations.

CSF Sample: Normal pressure, protein, glucose, and 10 uL white blood cells (all lymphocytes).

Urine Sample: Normal

Radiological Tests: MRI and CAT scan of brain were normal. Chest CAT scan revealed a mass in upper left quadrant of thorax.

Other observations: Normal muscle tone and reflexes. No blepharospasm.

No sensory deficits. Tests revealed balance and coordination deficits.
