Exam

*The assignments start or finish at a major heading on the page indicated. If there is more than one heading on a page: (a) Use the most-major heading on the page; (b) When headings are equal, use the first on the page for the starting point, or the last on the page for the ending point. It is better to read "too much" than to read too little.

The references to "kz. code §§ ...." are to Appendix K of the course textbook. The Kazakhstan Civil Code uses "article" rather than "section" (§) but the latter was used here for the sake of space. The "assigned" Code articles should not be considered to be all of the articles that apply to the class session's topic; there are some that apply to numerous topics, non-assigned ones that apply along with those assigned, and articles not included in Appendix K that apply.
