This is a normal street in the oldest part of Bukhara - obviously not designed for modern traffic. The walls on either side are the "back" walls of residences. Those walls are not really crooked - the appearance is a combination of a very wide-angle lens and an amateur photographer. The round things in the middle of the street are more modern - sewer lines.
