“This site is dedicated to exposing the "green" movement for what it is, a covert attempt to destabilize capitalism by hurting the free market, and encouraging anti-capitalistic legislation, all in the name of protecting the environment.” whoops. This website focuses on how fear of “terrorism” is being exploited to push a political and corporate agenda. Specifically, I focus on how animal rights and environmental advocates are being branded “eco-terrorists” in what many are calling the Green Scare.
What’s up with this? Why must you write about this “topic?” According to Rich Lowry of National Review online,
"In today’s America (sic), [the environmental movement] is the most natural place for someone with Marxist sensibilities and aspirations outside a college English department."
So there a gaggle of Pinkos.
Some thoughts that may help: Check out McCarthyism and the Red Scare(s)
Are each of these (website) groups looking at the same thing? Could the “environmental movement”simply be Green?
