Registration Information and Procedures
Registration begins on March 20, 2006 and ends on June 1, 2006.

Registration Procedures:

1. If you have taken an IPFW course within the past year:

For course information and course number go to: www.ipfw.edu/dcs/workshops/summer.shtml.

Register online through OASIS at my.ipfw.edu or by phone at 260-481-6111.

2. If you have never taken an IPFW course, or it has been more than a year since you have taken an IPFW course:

Fill out the form to be admitted for graduate credit:
1. Go to www.ipfw.edu/dcs/workshops/summer.shtml
2. Click on Temporary Admission Form
3. Fax completed form to 260-481-6949.
4. Your completed form can also be mailed or hand delivered to:

5. Allow up to 10 working days for processing.
6. After admission, register online through OASIS, at my.ipfw.edu or by phone at 260-481-6111.

3. Registration for CRUs (Certification Renewal Units)
CRUs cannot be transferred to credit for future educational goals and will differ in how they can be applied to your renewal license depending on if you follow 46/47 Rules or Rules 2002. For details visit www.ipfw.edu/dcs/workshops/summer.shtml.

To register for CRUs: Phone 260-481-6119. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone or, if time allows, a check can be mailed or dropped off at:
